Babylon Health
website re-design
Client: Babylon Health
Role: UI / UX Designer
Outcome: Bespoke content management system

Process
After joining Babylon Health one of the first main projects I worked on was the B2C website re-design. To bring the website from concept to build I worked with an off-shore development team, whilst working alongside the branding company as Babylon was undergoing a major re-design.
My role on this project was to take the website from requirements to concepts, working with business requirements to create a bespoke CMS system that could be used by the content managers at Babylon Health.
01. Kick off session with key stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and understand the user needs, as well as the current pain points of the existing design
02. Work with the team to create wireframes to be used in a rapid prototype, engage with different departments for guerrilla testing around the office to validate assumptions
03. Work with the product owner to break down user stories into small focused tasks
04. Begin UI design phase and create design iterations to test user interactions and gain feedback
05. Evaluate designs and iterate again
Running accessibility colour contrast tests on the buttons for the website
From wireframe to final concept.
